Q1) WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
A. We are located in Bowenpally, Hyderabad, Telangana, and we deliver pan-India through our website.

Q2) HOW CAN I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT?
A. You can log in using My Account. Simply enter the email ID you used while placing your order, and an OTP will be sent to your email ID inbox for secure access.

Q3) HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A. Once the shipping receipt is generated, we’ll send a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. You can use these details to track your order directly with the delivery partner.

Q4) WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
A. Orders are shipped in 1 to 2 business days. After shipment, an email with the tracking number will be sent. Please note we are closed on Sundays and major National Holidays. Our team needs to take a break sometimes 😀.

Q5) CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS?
A. The address can be changed only within 3-4 hours of placing the order. Once the shipping receipt is generated the address cannot be changed.

Q6) WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
A. All orders are shipped on an express basis and usually arrive within 2–7 business days anywhere in India. Once the shipping receipt has been generated, you’ll receive tracking details.

Q7) WHEN CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING?
A. We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs 999.

Q8) Which courier partner will the order be delivered through?
A. You will receive more information on this once the order is placed. We tie up with various courier partners - BlueDart, Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc., to deliver all across India!
